12 Week Reintegration Programme Primary & Secondary School Provision
Overview
At LTC, we are committed to transforming alternative education by placing the individual at the centre of everything we do. We are introducing a 12-week structured reintegration programme to support pupils in both primary and secondary school in developing the essential academic, emotional, and personal skills required for a successful return to mainstream education.
Placements may be extended where appropriate, based on individual need and ongoing assessment.
Our Offer
Bespoke Educational Programmes
Individualised learning packages designed around each pupil's needs, strengths, and interests. Programmes align with the National Curriculum where appropriate and are delivered flexibly to support engagement, attendance, and progress.
Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Support
Each pupil receives a personalised wellbeing plan informed by trauma-aware practice. Support focuses on emotional regulation, resilience, and reducing barriers to learning, with regular review and adaptation.
Multi-Disciplinary Delivery
Collaborative working between education staff, wellbeing practitioners, and external professionals. Programmes are reviewed regularly to ensure support remains responsive, effective, and aligned with agreed outcomes.
Physical Activity & Regulation-Focused Provision
Physical activity and sport are embedded within the timetable to support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and positive engagement. Delivery is informed by research into adolescent development and the link between movement, regulation, and wellbeing.
12-Week Reintegration Pathway
Structured reintegration programmes support transition back into mainstream or alternative education. This includes clear targets, gradual exposure, attendance support, and emotional regulation strategies. Extensions are available based on individual need.
Who We Support
Primary School Pupils (Ages 4–11)
