Lone Working Policy for Limitless Training Club Alternative Provision
Purpose:
This Lone Working policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for ensuring the safety of both students and staff within the alternative provision setting.
Policy Statement:
At LTC, the safety and well-being of students and staff are of utmost importance. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, no adult will be left alone with students at any time. All interactions between staff and students will take place in the presence of at least one other adult.

- Supervision:
There will always be at least one other adult present when students are being supervised or engaged in activities. - No Lone Working:
Staff members are not permitted to work alone with students on any part of the premises. - Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency requiring staff to work alone with students, immediate notification to a pupil’s school is required. A plan for appropriate supervision will be enacted. - Staff Training:
All staff will receive regular training on safeguarding, including protocols for working with students in line with this policy. - Policy Review:
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it meets the safety needs of both staff and students.
