My Job

I am the Provision Lead; I oversee all the learning and support within the provision. This means I work with Children and Young People to make sure people hear your voice, your wishes and views. I work at two different sites; one is on Water Street in Kettering; this is where we will meet. The other is at Kettering Rugby Club.

Just like you, I am always learning, I work in a small team with other professionals who want to help young people to believe and achieve.

I want to thank you for letting me work with you.

What happens when you meet with me?

I will welcome you into the AP and show you around. I will introduce you to the other staff and pupils at the AP.

We will create an Individual Support Plan together, this will help us to get to know you during your time at the provision. The plan will include finding out your likes and dislikes, how you learn best and what we can help and support you with. We will also discuss any future goals you may have for yourself.

I want you to feel as happy and safe as possible. When we meet, I’m more than happy for you to ask me any questions, and I’ll do my best to answer them. If I don’t know the answer, I will try my best to find out.

I’m looking forward to meeting you soon.
