Harriet is our Teaching Assistant, joining the Limitless team in 2025. She holds a Level 6 qualification in Childcare and Education and brings over 20 years of professional experience to the role. Throughout her career, Harriet has worked across a wide range of educational and childcare settings, including mainstream schools, specialist environments, and early years provision.
Harriet also holds a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Certificate, having completed extensive safeguarding and child protection training to support the needs of our Alternative Provision. Her depth of knowledge, calm professionalism, and excellent people skills make her an invaluable part of our team, contributing to a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for all students.
Within the programme, Harriet works closely with young people to support their Maths and English learning, as well as delivering core Fundamental Skills and Life Skills sessions. She plays a key role in helping students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits—both academically and personally.
